The cost of waiting

Without senior product leadership, growth quietly stalls.

1

No product owner

The CTO holds the product hat and can't close the gap while running engineering.

2

Roadmap without strategy

Teams ship features with no thesis for why — effort that never compounds.

3

Too early for a CPO

A full-time exec is premature and expensive — but the gap is real right now.

Who it's for

Built for operators who need senior product leadership.

Mid-market operators

50–500 employees who need senior product leadership without the cost of a full-time CPO.

The CTO wearing the product hat

Knows the gap exists but can't close it while running engineering.

Growing startups

Scaling fast with the team stretched thin — they need senior product support to keep pace.

What we help with.

How we work.

A simple, repeatable way of working — from first conversation to a plan that keeps adapting.

Step 1 · Listen

Conversation

We start with a conversation. Before any plan, we figure out where you actually are — and the areas worth tackling first.

Step 2 · Plan

The plan

An implementation plan with a timeline. Clear scope, sequenced priorities, and the milestones we will hit together.

Step 3 · Build

Execution

We execute — embedded in your team, shipping with AI-first velocity. Strategy and hands-on delivery in one.

Step 4 · Adapt

Review & adapt

We continually review and update the plan as we learn. The work stays aligned with what the business needs now.

Questions, answered.

How long is a typical engagement?

Most fractional engagements run on a 3 or 6-month retainer, with the option to scale up, scale down, or pause as your needs change. Fixed-scope projects are sized to the work.

How is it scoped and priced?

Pricing is shared on the discovery call once we understand the situation. It is based on the time involved and the scope of the work — a fraction of a full-time exec salary, with no benefits, equity, or overhead.

How do you work with our existing team?

I embed directly in your team — your standups, your tools, your Slack. I lead the product function and work alongside the people you already have, not around them.

What happens after the engagement?

You keep everything: the roadmap, the decision logic, and the systems and rituals we put in place. The goal is a product function that runs without me — and a clean handover when it does.
