AI Agents

Let’s figure out
where AI agents fit.

A four-week sprint maps where AI agents create the most value across your operations, specs the top priorities, and models the ROI — a leadership-ready plan you own. Built for Salesforce, Claude, or whatever CRM and apps you already run.

Who it's for

Built for companies asking how AI can help.

1

Process-heavy operations

Legal, insurance, finance, logistics — work that runs on repeatable, high-volume process.

2

The question is being asked

Leaders and teams are asking “how can AI help our organization?” You need a real answer — backed by numbers, not vendor pitches.

3

Built on your tools

We find where AI agents create value first, then build where your work already lives — Salesforce, Claude, or whatever CRM and apps you run.

The case for agents

Why build agents.

The same three reasons every time — time, money and quality — and they compound.

Time back

Agents handle the repetitive work in seconds — not hours.

Lower cost

A fraction of the cost of headcount for the same throughput.

Consistent quality

No off days, no dropped steps — the same standard every time.

Scales with demand

Handle 10× the volume without 10× the team.

More from your stack

Put the systems and data you already pay for to work.

Free your people

Hand off the busywork so your team does the work that matters.

Your competitors are already adopting AI fast. The companies that get their implementation strategy right now will win their market over the next few years — the rest will spend it catching up.

Built for process-heavy industries.

Where repeatable, high-volume process meets high-stakes judgment — that's where agents pay off fastest.

Case study

What agents changed.

It started with a discovery sprint — the roadmap it produced is what everything below was built from.

+ Claude

I’ve been fortunate to work with Adrian at Broughton Partners for the past year. We brought him in as our Fractional Product Lead for AI Agents, through his product and design studio, Impact Velocity Studio, to help drive our AI and automation initiative.

In that time, Adrian led the product discovery, strategy, design, and delivery of 18 custom AI agents across our operation and helped us streamline our case delivery and audit process end to end. The impact has been real: meaningful manual work taken off our team, more consistent output, and he’s helped drive our AI initiatives forward.

Beyond the build, Adrian has a knack for aligning stakeholders and getting everyone on the same page, paired with a keen attention to detail that keeps complex work organized for the development team. His communication and creativity have lifted the quality of our projects across the board.

I’d recommend Adrian to any team looking to get an AI or product initiative organized, on track, and actually shipped. And thank you, Adrian, for caring about our mission and treating these projects like they were your own.

Proof of work

We wrote the playbook.

When a legal-marketing firm needed to scale case qualification, we mapped the whole operation and wrote the definitive playbook on agent-driven audit — built on Salesforce.

Legal marketing · Mass tort

How to build AI agents for mass tort case qualification & audit.

We didn't just build the agents. We mapped the whole intake-to-delivery operation, found where it breaks, and wrote the playbook for fixing it with agents.

How we think about AI

Discovery first. Build second.

Most AI vendors sell you agents. Most consultants sell you frameworks. We run a sprint to find where agents and AI actually create value in your operations — then help you build what makes sense on the tools you already run. Discovery first. Build second. Always in that order.

Why work with us

The only one that checks every box.

Most AI help comes from engineers, consultants, or the platforms themselves — and each leaves a gap. We bring product-management discipline to the whole problem: strategy, ROI, and a spec that actually ships.

Impact Velocity Studio Engineers Consultants Platforms

Ships production agents

What you walk away with

Two deliverables. One plan you own.

Strategy first, then the spec. Leadership reads the first; your builder works straight from the second.

Deliverable 01 · Strategy

Opportunity map & ROI

The strategy piece, first. A portfolio view of where agents and AI create value across your operations — prioritised, with the numbers to back it.

Deliverable 02 · The AI spec

AI product requirement spec

The spec for the top priorities — an AI product requirement spec covering exactly which agents or skills to build, on which platform, and how to roll them out.

Pricing

Start with discovery. Build when the ROI is right.

The discovery sprint stands alone — fixed price, fixed scope, a roadmap you own. If the math works, we scope the build together. If it doesn’t, you still walk away with the strategy.

Platforms we build in

Built on the tools you already run.

The sprint decides what to build before deciding where. When it’s time to ship, we build on Salesforce, on Claude, or on the CRM and apps you already run — with a build partner for whatever that is.

Platform 01

Salesforce Agents

Agents that live inside your CRM — Agentforce and custom — acting on the data and records your team already runs on.

Best when your work lives in Salesforce

Drafts replies and updates records
Works across Sales, Service & Ops

Platform 02

Claude Agents

Custom agents for the work that needs real reasoning — reading documents, researching and drafting across your whole stack.

Best for document & reasoning work
Contract & document review
Research and long-form drafting
Connects across your tools
Tuned to your playbook
Platform 03

Your existing stack

Already on HubSpot, NetSuite, or a custom system? We build where your work already lives — and bring a vetted build partner for the platform if we need one.

Whatever you run, the platform decision is part of the sprint — made on the evidence, not a vendor’s preference.

Questions, answered.

What does the sprint actually produce?

An AI product requirement spec for your operations. First the strategy: an opportunity map of where agents and AI create value, prioritised, with ROI for each. Then the spec: exactly which agents or skills to build first, on which platform. Then the implementation roadmap. You walk away with a leadership-ready plan you own.

How is this different from every other AI agent vendor?

Most vendors sell you their agent or their platform before they understand your operations. We come at it as product people — opportunity mapping, prioritisation, ROI, and a written spec — so you get an objective answer to what is actually worth building for you, not a pitch for what we happen to sell.

Is this only about agents?

Agents are usually the biggest driver of ROI in operations right now, so they anchor the work. But the sprint identifies the right mix — agents, AI skills, workflows, or automation on tools you already own. You get what fits your situation, not one solution forced onto every problem.

Which platform will we build on?

We work out what to build before deciding where. The build happens on Salesforce, on Claude, or on the CRM and apps you already run. Choosing the platform is part of the sprint’s output, decided on the evidence.

Do we have to build with you?

No. The sprint stands on its own and you own everything it produces. Build with us, build internally, or take the plan to another partner. There is no commitment to a build to get value from the discovery.

How long does it take?

The discovery sprint is a fixed four weeks with sign-off gates along the way. If you move into a build, that typically runs four to twelve weeks depending on scope — set from the sprint roadmap, so there are no surprises.

Is our data safe?

Agents run inside your systems and permissions. Salesforce agents keep data in your CRM; Claude agents use enterprise controls. Nothing trains on your data.

Do we need engineers?

No — that's the point. We build, ship, and support the agents so your team doesn't have to.
