🎉  Product Win
The board layout is clean and the project hierarchy is well thought out. The sidebar navigation is intuitive and the kanban card structure gives teams enough context at a glance — a strong foundation that most early-stage products don't get right. The visual language is consistent and professional.

Finding 01
Critical
Observation
The primary "New Task" action is ghosted at 38% opacity in the top nav — invisible against the white header bar
Fix
Make New Task the visually dominant element in the top nav — full opacity, cobalt fill, leading position. It is the most frequent action in the product and should be treated as the primary affordance, not an afterthought sitting beside the Share button
Task creation rate uplift est. 30–45%
Cost of Doing Nothing

Every new user who can't find "New Task" within 5 seconds assumes the product is empty — and leaves before creating their first project

Finding 02
High
Observation
Column "Add task" buttons are near-invisible — users can't discover how to add cards to a stage without hunting for it
Fix
Increase the add-task affordance in each column to full opacity with a persistent "+" icon and a subtle dashed border placeholder at the bottom of each column. New users who can't find this within 20 seconds abandon the board and don't return
Board activation uplift est. 20–35%
Cost of Doing Nothing

Users who can't add tasks to a specific stage default to a single column — then churn when the board feels no better than a flat to-do list
